Ballina Shire Council recognises the importance of outdoor recreation in the development of healthy and happy children and has developed theBALLINA SHIRE PLAYGROUND UPGRADE PLAN  to ensure the ongoing improvement of our playground facilities and to provide a variety of safer and more imaginative playgrounds.
